Chicken with soya sauce egg

I made soya sauce marinated boiled eggs.  I make the sauce with dashi sauce, mirin, sugar soya sauce and water.  I also added some garlic and dried chili. I boiled the sauce for few minuets then set it cool.  Then put boiled eggs and let it marinate for a day.

I can use this sauce for other dish as well.  I used it as dressing for boiled chicken breast this time.

「味玉ご飯」卵の醤油漬けを作った。出汁醤油を使い、ニンニクやショウガも入れてた少し甘めの漬けダレで１日漬けたもの。蒸した鶏にそのタレをかけた簡単ランチ。
