Napolitan


Napolitan is a Japanese style of tomato pasta but with tomato ketchup.  I've read that the pasta with ketchup is not acceptable for Italian people but many Japanese love this sour taste.  I made with red cabbage, slices of ham, some vegetables and tomato ketchup.

「ナポリタン」その時に冷蔵庫にあった紫キャベツ、ハム、人参などで作ったナポリタン。紫キャベツで色がとても鮮やかになった。トマトソースとケチャップを半々くらいで使っている。
