Family gathering in June

I'm posting my family gathering photos in June.  Whenever my young sister-in-law comes home since she likes dessert, I try to make some french dessert.  I was delighted with the "Chou a la creme" result this time.  The chou was puffy and the cream was exactly the way I wanted it to be.

「６月のディナー」姪のお誕生日などを兼ねた集まり。この頃はヒゴムラサキがとても美味しかった。BBQをしたので野菜料理をたっぷり作っておいた。

弟家族は甘いものが好きなのでいつも何かデザートは作るようにしていて、今回はシュークリームを作った。久しぶりに作ったが過去一良くできたと思う。シューの食感も良く膨らんだ。クリームもバッチリ好みの具合ができた。
