June Japanese home dishes - sashimi

 

We had varieties of fish in June when it was not too hot.  We have good fish in the season when it's not too hot or cold because fishermen won't go fishing otherwise.

「６月の刺身」６月は割と色々あったと思う。猛暑になると漁に出なくなるのであまり良いものが無いが、季節が良い時は魚も良い。九州は春先から烏賊ばかり。
