It was a gift from a friend of ours that was craft cheese made by a local dairy farm was wonderful. I loved the freshness of the state and the lightness of the taste. It was very delightful.
「阿蘇ミルクのチーズ」ワインに詳しい方から頂いた熊本のチーズ。とっても美味しくて驚いた。フランスの本格派のチーズよりフレッシュ感があるし塩分も脂肪分も少ない感じがして食べやすい。ワインにも和食にも合う。これはおすすめ！！ありがとうございました。
