Restaurant Sola

 

I went to this fantastic restaurant in Fukuoka with a group of friends.  We had wine paired dinner course it was a phenomenal dining experience.  The chef was trained at the Arperge in Paris.  Each dish was refined, a surprise but traditional in a good way.

「レストラン・ソラ」福岡に新幹線で弾丸旅行。１ヶ月前くらいからお友達が予約していてくれたフレンチ。とても期待していたが予想以上で驚きの連続だった。シェフはアルページュで修行されたそうだ。丁寧なお料理でクオリティが高い。また季節を変えて絶対行く。
