Oyster gratin

 

This is one of the signature dishes of the place I work yet I retouched it to my tastes.  It got much better with oysters.

「牡蠣の柚子釜」店の看板メニューを自分なりにアレンジしたもの。牡蠣を入れて軽めに仕上げた。
