Aubergine with Miso
Augergin is delicious in the summer. August is the end of the season. I cooked it with ground pork with miso paste.
「ナス味噌」ナスの時期が終わりに近づいているのでナス料理をした。鶏の挽肉を炒めたものと一緒に蒸し炒めにして味噌を絡めた。かなり好みの具合にできて大満足。
