Takoyaki

 



We somehow discovered the real taste of Takoyaki: balls made with flour and egg with diced octopus inside.  Octopus is a delicacy of summer in our region so it's good to make it in summer.  The juice from the seafood makes this dish taste real, so it's good to cut it bigger.

「たこ焼き」夏はタコの時期なのでたこ焼きにハマった。熊本では家でたこ焼きを作る人はあまりいないと思うのだが、作ってみると意外に美味しい。たこを大きめに切るとその出汁がたっぷりと生地に含まれて旨みがあって美味しい。紅生姜と揚げ玉も欠かせない。
