Veal is a great quality in this region.  I love a roast of veal fillet.  It goes very well with winter spinach on the side.

I made mousse au chocolate for the dessert.  Manipulating chocolate was difficult in different kitchens and chocolate started to separate in the melting process.  Yet I recovered it miraculously.

「夕食会」この地域は子牛が特に美味しい。この日はお客様だったので義母が子牛のフィレを焼いた。とても美味しかった。冬のほうれん草とよく合う。

デザートは「ムース・オ・ショコラ」を私が作ったが途中でおそらく水分が入ったことでチョコレートが分離してしまった。義母のキッチンはあまり菓子作りの道具がないので色々と難しいことがある。しかし今回はなんとか回復できて、最終的にふわふわのムースを作ることができた。
