Soupe à l'oignon

 

A couple of days when we just arrived in France in early January, it was cold so I made them onion soup.  It reminds me of the dinner at Sky Resort.

「オニオンスープ」１月の上旬の何日かは寒い日があったので、私がオニオンスープを作った。時間もあるので玉ねぎをゆっくりカラメライズしながら。結構たっぷりチーズをかけて焼いたつもりだが、実際食べてみると少し薄めのチーズの量だ。お店で食べるものはもっとのせてるものだと思った。
