For the first time in a year or so, I went to a local fish market to prepare for the new year's dishes.

「田崎市場へ」新年料理のために久しぶりに年末に市場に出かけた。値段はずいぶん高くなっていた時期だったが、お目当てのものを買ってきた。鮑は１キロ買ってすぐに仕込んだ。
