Oden
Oden has to be cooked seriously. I love this dish so much that I take two days to make it.
「おでん」おでんは真剣に作らなければいけない。濃い昆布出汁をとることから始まる。我が家は鶏の手羽先を入れてさらに出汁をまろやかに。冬の甘い大根は一回さっと湯通しして出汁に入れても十分に柔らかくなる。大根を最も美味しく食べる料理なのかもしれない。
