We have great winter delicacies in Japan. I love oysters and shrimp, which can be eaten raw in our region.
「冬の味覚」牡蠣や車海老は冬の味覚。生で頂けるのはありがたい。カブは生でも炒めても煮ても美味しい野菜。この時期になると毎日食べる。
