Confit de thon au Piment d'Espelette

This is something I've found myself but the combination of baby tuna with Piment d'espelette was absolutely wonderful.  I also added sweep paprika from Hungary for the color.  The flavor of Piment d'Espelette is very special.  I really love it's flavor and it goes super well with tuna fish.
