Salade au chevere chaud

This is my favourite salad dish and it's really tasty.  It's super easy to make it as long as you have right French goat cheese.

「サラダ・シェーブル・ショ」これはシェーブルさえあればすぐにできて驚くほど美味しい。ワインとの相性も抜群だ。フレンチではごく一般的なサラダで、フランス人でこのサラダを知らない人はいないが、作る度になんて美味しくて簡単な料理なのだろうと感動する。
