Pizza brunch
My pizza dough got better since I started to make bread at home but it's difficult to make it as professional without brick oven.
「ピザ・ブランチ」ピザ生地は発酵の回数が少なくてもできるので作りやすい。パン作りをはじめて私のピザ生地も前より格段によくなった。家庭用オーブンでは温度にかぎりがあるので、そこそこだけど、家で作るとチーズも具材もたっぷりに作れて満足。
