Gyoza


Gyoza is one of the most simplest and delicious dish I love.  I think it's more popular to boil them in soup in Singapore but I love to pan fry them.

「餃子」今回は焼売のような感じで中身に味をしっかり付けて焼いてみた。このまま食べて美味しいが、日本風に酢醤油を付けて頂くのには少し味をさっぱりした方がいい。
