This is pan friend thin noodle with bean spouts sauce. This type of fried noodle is popular in Japan and Hong Kong. It's better to deep fry the noodles but I pan fried until it became brown on both side.
「あんかけ海老もやしそば」中華焼きそばを両面堅焼きにしてもやしと海老のあんをかけたもの。結構パリパリに焼いたつもりだったが、もう一歩麺の焼き方が足りなかった。
