Salted Salmon fried rice


Salted salmon is called "Shio shake" in Japanese and this is very popular way of eating salmon.  This match perfectly with Japanese white rice.  This is fried rice with shio shake and shimeji mushrooms.  Bake or saute the salmon first and break into small pieces.  Then saute the mushrooms in butter and add already cooked white rice.  Add the salmon and spring onions in the end.  Season with soya sauce very lightly.

「塩シャケとしめじの炒めご飯」しめじをバターで炒めてご飯を投入、最後にフライパンで焼いた塩シャケとネギを加えて軽く醤油で風味を付けたもの。新年から体調を崩してやる気の無い料理が続いていたが、サッと出来て美味しかった簡単料理。
