Beef Noodle

This is one of my favorit local food in Hong Kong.  Flat noodle saute with beef in Chinese saya sauce.  I usually eat this dish at the restaurant but I tried to make at home.  If you have the right sauce it was not very difficult.

「ビーフヌードル」これは香港の定番焼きそばで、地元料理のレストランにはわりと何処にでもある料理。今回初めて家で作ってみた。麺は平たいビーフン（米麺）で、中華醤油を使ったら、意外と簡単に出来た。
