Browny with berries

For the first time I tried to make Browny.  I'm not very familier with English/American dessert so  I looked up recipe in internet.  I made it ok this time but not perfect, yet beyond that,  I feelt mysel that I'm not as young to willing to eat brownies these days.

「ブラウニーとベリー」ブラウニーは英米のデザートで仏菓子で同様なものは無い。大学生のころ好きだったな〜と思い、インターネットのレシピを参考にそれらしき物を作ってみた。

しかし作り慣れていないので、出来はいまいちだった。似た材料ではガトーショコラの方が美味しいと感じた。カロリーを気にせず、どっしりと重いブラウニーを食べていた昔が懐かしい。
