Plat de mix


I have small motivation of cooking these days... I guess that is because of climate change in Hong Kong.  It's getting rally humid and hot and I lose energy in hot weather.  So I made a plate of chicken liver with red wine to pump up health.

「鶏レバーの赤ワインソテー」近日は香港らしく雨が多く、蒸し暑い日が続いている。私はこの暑くなる時期がとても苦手で、疲れ易い。この日は元気を出すために、鶏レバーをメインにした。
