Asperge blanche

White asparagus is one of my favourite vegetables.  White asparagus needs to be fresh because it tends to become bitter when it becomes old.  These are not very big but it was very juicy and sweet.  Beef carpaccio is another of my favourite food.  There are so many simple wonderful foods in Paris.
