Tamagotoji soba - Katahira

It's super cold in Japan; it was about 2c during the day in Kumamoto.  Only thing I can think of our meal here is "something warm".

Egg soba I had at soba shop in our town was very tasty.  Mostly because the bowl is prepared very very hot, it was enjoyable.

「卵とじそば・堅平」熊本も日中２度ほどしかなく、すごい寒さだ。寒すぎてにあまり人が出歩いていない。何か食べたいものと言えば、”温かい物”、”汁物”ばかり思いつく。お気に入りの蕎麦屋の卵とじそばがとても熱くて美味しかった。
