This is not a good photo.. because we ate the half of the loaf already. As it's called "banana bread" this is not exactly a cake but it's more a bread because I mix cake flour with strong flour for the bread making. I also use less sugar than the cake.
「バナナブレッド」半分食べた後の写真。ブレッドとの名の通り、ケーキと言うよりブレッド。薄力粉と強力粉を混ぜて作る。全粒粉を使ってもいい。あまり甘くせずに作って、バターと手作りジャムを添えるのが好き。
