Summer Japanese home dishes - chicken

We haven't been eating much chicken breast or chicken fingers compares to chicken thigh but to be honest, I prefer chicken breast lately because it's very juicy and light.  My favourite way of eating it s to marinate it in sake and shio koji then steamed with vegetables.  It's good to drizzle olive oil afterwords.

「鶏胸肉の料理」最近鶏はももより胸肉やささみが好み。さっぱりしているしジューシーで美味しい。塩麹と酒に漬け込んだものを野菜と一緒に蒸すととても美味しい。頂く前にオリーブオイルと胡椒をかけて。これは色んな野菜やキノコを入れて良いし、食べる時に辛子や柚子胡椒を添えるのも良い。
