Summer Japanese home dishes - meat

 

"Siu mai"
「焼売」

"Rump steak"
「ランプステーキ」

"Chicken breast with vegetables"
「鶏胸肉の中華炒め」

"Aubergine gratine with bolognese sauce"
「茄子のミートグラタン」

"Pork ginger"
「豚の生姜焼き」

"Meat with root vegetables"
「旨煮」

These are the dishes I made during this summer when my nephews were there.  Some dishes were good but I could make it much better.  I couldn't take much time for cooking because I was playing with them before dinner I happened to make simple dishes.  I should have prepared it much earlier.

「夏の料理」甥っ子達が来ていた時に作った料理。夕方彼らを遊びに連れに行ったりしていたので、料理の時間が全く取れず、雑な料理ばかり。今思えばもっと前から準備して冷凍や仕込みをしておくべきだった。
