Sole Meuniere

This is not exactly "sole" but it's small "turbot".  We love this fish but I don't find this very often in HK.  I think this was imported from New Zealand.  I'm reluctant to buy local fish, because I hear not very good rumors about sea contamination.  Air in Hong Kong is extremely polluted I don't see why the sea wouldn't be.

小さめのヒラメのムニエール。少し前だがニュージーランド産だったか、わりと新鮮そうだったので買ってみたら美味しかった。私は元々魚が大好きだが、香港近海の魚は汚染が怖くて輸入ものしか買えない。まぁこの辺りの一般的な魚の種類が日本近海の魚とかなり違うので料理も難しいのだが。
