Mixed Tofu fry


This is one of the typical Japanese home dish.  Hijiki seaweed, carrot, egg and hard tofu.  Saute carrot and hijiki first and add the tofu by crushing with spatula in the pan.  Then add one egg in the end.  Seasoning is soya sauce, sake and mirin.  You can also add ground chicken if you want to make this dish as main dish.

ひじきの炒り豆腐。豆腐があれば、もう一品欲しいときにすぐ出来る料理。私はひき肉抜きが好み。
