Sushi Canape


It requires a lot of skill to make sushi rolls.  I don't think many Japanese make rolled sushi often at home because it not very easy.  This is called "Oshi sushi" and this is made with particular mould.  For me this is easier than to roll.  Topping is smoked salmon and sliced avocado.

何度も練習した訳ではないが、私は巻き寿司を巻くのが苦手で、寿司はちらし、或はこの「押し寿司」や「手まり寿司」を作るようにしている。押し寿司を作るためには型が必要だが、これを一つ持っているといい。カナッペ風にエビやいくらなどのトッピングを変えて楽しむ。外国人をもてなす時に作るととても喜ばれる。
