Brioche aux fruits



This is the loaf that I made to bring back for my family.  It was slightly over backed this time.  I thought it was not cooked enough the last.  It's very difficult to find a perfect timing for this bread.

「フルーツ・ブリオッシュ」家族へのお土産用に焼いてシンガポールから持ってきたパン。今回はしっかり焼きすぎた。前回は若干焼きが足りなかったが、今回は少し焼きすぎだ。他のパンはそれほど焼き方は難しくないが、ブリオッシュはなかなか難しい。
