Lysd'or


I went to shop for bread making flour at speciality shop in Kumamoto.  I think there are certain population in Japan who makes bread and pastry at home so there are good shops in Japan.  French flour "Lysd'or" is one of the best flour for making hard bread.  I'm going to try making baguette in Singapore.

「リスドル」地元の専門店で、憧れのフランスパン用準強力粉のリスドルを買ってきた。シンガポールに戻ったら、ハード系のパンに挑戦してみようと思う。今日本では寒いので、発酵器がなければ、パンはうまく発酵しないだろう。お湯を張って挑戦してみるか。
