Brioche aux fruits sec



I've been trying to make brioche better and this time I tried with dried fruits.  I like very much Italian brioche called "Panettone" so I tried to make something similar.  I couldn't reach panettone recipe because I didn't know the name of "Panettone" when I made this so I tired with french brioche recipe.  This was the first try and it was not as difficult as I thought but I should have put more sugar.

「ドライフルーツ入りのブリオッシュ」クリスマスに頂くイタリアのブリオッシュを「パネトーネ」というが、最近までその名前がわからなかったので検索できなかった。自己流で、それらしきものをブリオッシュのレシピで作ってみた。結構美味しくできた。もう少し砂糖を多めに入れると良かった。
