Char kway teow

When I just came to Singapore, I didn't like this noodle dish much because it's too soft and saucy compares to the version of Cantonese beef fried noodle.  Though with the time I've got used to it and now I can even cook at home.  Already cooked flat rice noodle is sold at the supermarket so it's very easy to make.
