My friend invited me for Hot pot at Golden valley in Happy valley. I've never had a real hot pot in Hong Kong so it was a new experience for me. The soup is made with lots of Sichuan spices. It was very spicy but also delicious. We dipped Chinese vegetables, dumplings and pork slices and had them with sauce.
「火鍋・ゴールデンヴァリー」友達が火鍋に招待して下さった。初めて高級な火鍋店で火鍋を頂いた。独特な四川のスパイスがふんだんに入ったスープはなかなか自分で出来ない味だ。中華野菜や焼売や餃子のようなダンプリング、きのこなどを沢山入れて頂いた。最後は春雨を入れて。体が熱くなる料理でとても美味しかった。ありがとうございました！
