Mikasaya - TST

My friend had introduced me to this place for casual sushi in TST.  The master is from Kitakyushu so I thought that his style is similar to sushi of Fukuoka which is very different from sushi of Tokyo.  As you can see the way of his slicing the fish was very unique.

「三笠屋・TST」お友達が大将と仲が良いとのことで訪れたTSTのお寿司。カウンターも広々としていて居心地は良かった。大将は北九州のご出身でらしく、お寿司は福岡系な印象。所々で甘い味付けがある。

ネタの包丁入れが綺麗だと思った。おつまみの銀杏と鰯と白えびが美味しかった。ただ私は、断然に東京寿司が好きなので好みの違いを感じる店だった。博多の有名寿司と同様に「キレ」がない。
