Central street market

It seemed like there is a new building for the street market in Central.  It looks that it's very difficult to operate construction in this area because it's very narrow but I think it's about time that they clean up the streets in Central.

I love street market but overall, hygiene is a huge issue in Hong Kong.  Compares to most of the developed Asian countries as Japan, Singapore or even to Taiwan, the streets in Hong Kong is super dirty.

「中環街市」久しぶりに訪れたセントラルの街市は新しい総合ビルに入るようで、建設中だった。湾仔街市のようになるのだろう。セントラルは街の中心にも関わらず、坂の傾斜がキツくて狭いので、建物の建設が進まなかったのだとは思うがやっとという感じ。香港はダイナミックで好きだがとにかく汚い。久しぶりに街を歩くと少しギョッとする。
