La Bombance - CWB

One star Japanese restaurant in Nishiazabu came to CWB in Hong Kong.  My friend is very much fond of this place.  We had a private room with superb experience of great food with and the amazing night view of CWB.

All of the dishes were well prepared with just-right seasonings and beautiful presentation.  The course has consisted of Japanese crabs of the season.  I personally didn't have tasted them especially from the north of Japan, so it was a great experience for me.  Crabs tasted like an intense taste of crab and it tasted sweet as well.

The course was coordinated very well with a hint of French delicacies such as foie gras, black truffles as well.

「ラ・ボンバンス」西麻布の１つ星が香港に進出した店。CWBの新しいビルに入っていて、夜景も綺麗だし、ゆったりとしたスペースがとても良かった。お料理は確実に美味しい。今回は日本の蟹づくしだった。焼き蟹は本当に甘くて味が濃く美味しかった。

フォアグラの料理や、すき焼きに黒トリュフがたっぷりかかった品がとても美味しかった。フュージョンでもあるが基本がしっかりしたお料理だ。日本に頻繁に帰る方にはおすすめ出来ないが、香港の和食のレベルもすごく高くなったと感動した。
