Banana chocolate waffle brunch

I don't know exactly how to make the waffle dough perfectly yet.  I like American style of waffle which is light and crispy but it tend to become sligtly heavy.  I have to find a righ portion of indredients.. Banana and chocolate are wonderful toppings for waffle.

「バナナチョコ・ワッフル」ワッフルはベルギースタイルではなく、軽くてクリスピーな感じのアメリカンスタイルが好きなのだが、いまいち日本のパンケーキのようなもっちりした質感になってしまう。もう少し研究しないといけない。バナナとチョコレートは最高のトッピング。
