Eggs benedict

I've realized that I don't make "eggs benedict" these days and I thought this is because I can't find English muffins much as I used to do in Hong Kong.  I made this with regular toast bread but it was as good as with muffins.

「エッグスベネディクト」久しぶりに作った。最近作らない理由はシンガポールのスーパーにはイングリッシュマフィンが売ってないからだと思う。おそらく探したらあると思うが、今回は普通のトーストで作った。ソースが上手にできて美味くできた。
