Rum raisin Zopf
I soaked dried raisins in rum for a day and mixed in the dough with the rum itself. The liquid colored the dough in brown and gave it's rum flavor.
「ラムレーズン・ツォップ」レーズンを一晩ラム酒に浸しておいたものを、ラム酒ごと生地に練りこんだ。水分を調節して生地をこねたが、いつもよりしっとりでリッチな風味のツオップができた。とても美味しかった。
