I love Tokyo style of Soba so I also tried another shop in Nihonbashi this time. This shop locates near Nihonbashi Takashimaya. I really loved this soba noodle and the tempura was excellent as well.
「日本橋元禄」ここは高島屋の裏にある蕎麦屋。ただ大通りを渡り、さらに一本入るので、調べていないとなかなか行けない。お蕎麦はコシがありとても美味しい。天ぷらも天ぷら屋くらいのクオリティーがある。出汁は少しマイルド。ここもまた行きたい。
