Japanese lunch

Salt grilled yellow fish
「黄魚の塩焼き」
"Rice with sweet corns in butter"
「バターコーンご飯」

"Leaf vegetable with age in dashi"
「菜焼き」

I made a very simple and lean style of typical Japanese dishes for lunch.  Traditional Japanese home dishes use very small amount of oil compares to other Asian cooking.  I need to have them sometimes  and I feel much better afterword.

「焼き魚ご飯」久しぶりにシンプルな和食。魚は黄グチの塩焼き。厳密にはフライパン焼き。夫用には三枚おろしで。コーンご飯は生のトウモロコシを一度軽くバターで炒めたものを入れて炊いた。さっぱりとした和食は体が軽く、スッキリする感じがする。
