Fraisier

This is one of my favourite cake with strawberries.  When strawberries from the U.S. starts to be good, I feel like making this cake.  I made this in individual size this year.  It's fun to make with other fruits as well.

I don't like to make complicated dessert when it comes to home cooking.  So my dessert is very simple.  Yet I thought it would be better to add heavy cream with pastry creme.

「フレジエ」アメリカ産の苺が安くて美味しくなってきた時に作りたいのがこのケーキ。今年は個別サイズで作ってみた。フルーツの種類を変えるのはいろんなフレーバーが楽しめるのでおすすめ。

生クリームはシンガポールではダレやすいので、あまり使わないがクレム・パティシエに加えたらもっと美味しくなると思った。ラム酒を上からたっぷりかけたものが、２日目とても美味しかった。
