This is very known Italian dish; scallop of veal with palma ham cooked with sage leaves in white wine. I replaced the meat with pounded pork loin also I didn't have sage but it was as good as the original recipe.
「サルティンボッカ」これはイタリアの家庭料理。本来は子牛の薄切り、生ハム、セイジの葉を合わせて白ワインでソテーするもの。今回は子牛ではなく豚ロースを薄くたたいたもの、セイジの葉もなかったが、それなりに美味しく出来た。
