Beef in black bean sauce

Black beans sauce goes very well with beef.  I made this with Lee Kum Kee sauce.  Lee Kum Kee sauce is good solution for busy day.

「牛肉の豆豉ソース炒め」香港の超有名調味料メーカーの李錦記のソースの種類の多さに驚く。香港の人はあまり料理が得意ではないので、よくこのメーカーの調合調味料で料理をしている。味は濃いがよく出来ていて時々頂くとなかなか美味しい。
