Nikusoba
This is not exactly a Japanese dish, since we usually put meat over the soba noodle. Yet it was not a bad combination.
「肉そば」日本ではあまりしない蕎と牛肉の取り合わせだが、甘辛の牛肉と蕎をサラダ仕立てにした一品料理。ランチにはいい。
