Pave de boeuf, sauce roquefort
This is simple steak with roquefort sauce. This sauce is great with lean read meat. I could sliced the meat to serve.
「パヴェステーキ・ロックフォールソース」これはランプなどの赤身で固めの肉と合わせるソースで頂くステーキ。固めの赤身も焼き方で美味しく頂くことができる。
