Sauce bolonaise et sauce bechamel


I suppose many of us makes the sauce bolognaise in large pot.  It can be preserved as frozen and can eat anytime.  This is a simple gratin dish that I make often with sauce bolognaise.  It's like lasagna without lasagna pasta just layers of bolognaise sauce, boiled spinach and bechamel sauce.

「ミートソースとベシャメルソース」これは私が作り置きしているミートソースでよく作るグラタン。ミートソース、茹でたほうれん草、ベシャメルソースの層。ラザニアのパスタ無しのようなもの。
